Q. Will the dog bark collar work on my dog?
A. All of our dog bark collars have been tested and proven to be safe and effective for all breeds and sizes of dogs. However, they may be too large for dogs under 8 pounds to wear comfortably.

Q. Will another dog's bark set of the dog back collar?
A. An understandable concern, but no. Another dog's bark will not set of the dog bark collar.

Q. Are the dog bark collars safe and humane for dogs?
A. Absolutely! These collars are designed to get the dog's attention and not to punish the dog. Not only have the collars been tested and proven safe, but the settings are also adjustable.

Q. Can I attach a leash to the dog back collar?
A. No, because the dog bark collar has contact points attached to them and you will want to avoid having those points from being pulled too tightly into the neck. It is advisable to use a secondary collar that is non-metallic to attach a leash to. Just make sure the second collar does not add any unnecessary pressure to the contact points.

Q. I am concern that my dog may stop barking all together. Will this happen?
A. This is very unlikely to happen. Just be sure to follow the advice found in the Training Manual. Barking comes naturally to dogs, and it is the purpose of the dog bark collar to discourage barking when it is not necessary.

Q. I would like my dog to learn not to bark only when the collar is on. Is this possible?
A. Yes. It is possible to train your dog that they are only forbidden from barking when the dog bark collar is worn. This is best accomplished by remembering to take the collar off or put the collar on when in the appropriate situation.
